Lovely cats, lovely dogs, and lovely people. The location is really good as well: a nice neighbourhood and a ten-minute walk to the metro station.

The best

The location is great! 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station and No.24 and other few bus lines are connected to the city centre, taking 20 mins! There a few supermarkets and 24 hours mini market around the house so it’s no problem for grocery! Ciss is a very kind and helpful person and she and her family really care about what I needed for the entire stay there! The room was very clean and AC attached in the room. That helped me a lot for the heat in the city in June! I highly recommend for a solo Traveller and would definitely come back next time!

To be improved

We have to share the bathroom and there are 5 members of the family so had to wait for a couple of mins to use. But it happens so this is not a big problem.

“Good place, welcoming host”

The best

Our stay here was a really good experience. The room was very clean and cosy, and our host and her family are wonderful people, very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good for a big city like Madrid, the bus stop is only 2 minutes away and the buses to the city center are very frequent. We prefered to walk to the nearest metro station, it took us no more than 15 minutes (but there's a bus route too). Highly recommended!

The best

Great communication. Host waited us with the check-in even when we had late arrival at night. Pets are lovely and friendly. Hosts are kind. Location is relatively ok, it is one hour walk to the city center.

To be improved

Since it is a shared appartment, you need to count with the fact that you can hear a lot through the walls, and if you need to sleep in earlier time in the evening you better use earplugs :)
