Casa de Familia

We were four adults and one child, and we had the most amazing trip. The house is truly unique and located in a lovely area. You do need a car to get around, but that’s no problem otherwise. Fantastic rooms and bedrooms with plenty of space, and a great outdoor area where you can enjoy your meals. The pool was absolutely wonderful as well – my daughter loved it and spent most of her time there. We’ve already talked about coming back for another visit to enjoy these wonderful facilities again.

The pool, air con in every bedroom and main room with a generous allowance of electricity allowing us the opportunity to educate ourselves and the children properly about how Air conn works responsively. The location is amazing close enough to el Campello ( lovely beach ) and Alicante but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. From age 61 to 3 we all loved the place. Loads of Crockery, towels etc - great value for money. Thank you

Beautiful location, design, stylish, private. It has everything you need for a nice holiday.

The villa is located on a quiet golf resort, around a 10 minute drive from Alicante. The resort appears to be a mixture of owned (lived in) and rented villas, of varying shapes and sizes, all very well gated/secured. The villa itself is large - 4 bedrooms each configured with twin beds, which can either be pushed together or separated, with plenty of wardrobe space. There are 2 large bathrooms, 1 with a walk-in shower and one with a bath with shower over. You’ll find additional items like hairdryers and a bath mat too. The main living area is open plan, kitchen area and lounge area, with a large dining table in the middle. The kitchen has everything you’d need, including a microwave, toaster, pod-coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a really lovely conservatory room which gets lots of light. Additionally, there is a small utility-type room, with a washing machine, lots of cleaning equipment (hoover, mop, clothes airer, etc) and also an additional fridge and freezer. The hallway cupboards have lots of additional bits & pieces, including plenty of beach towels and some pool floats. The outside space is really nice, and large enough for a big group. The pool is great for families - a shallow enough jacuzzi for smaller children too. There’s a casual sofa area, outdoor dining table, plenty of sun beds, parasols and a built-in BBQ. Marcel and Andrea who manage the property are lovely. Marcel very kindly met us at the villa quite late after our flight was delayed, and told us everything we needed to know - including about their new app/website, full of handy info. Marcel also came for a quick visit at check out too, and couldn’t have been nicer. We would very happily stay at Casa de Familia again - likely as a large family group.
