Oven wasn't working, one of the room's duvets didn't have covers. Most of the blinds didn't seem to be working, and one of the balconies wasn't accessible. No information about what was expected at checkout e.g. did bins need to be emptied/beds stripped.

There were a few aspects of general maintenance to the property that we pointed out to Andres the host after our arrival, around some doors/windows/cooker and bed.

Faulty window and door catches. Basic cooking utensils. Lacking information regarding local services and amenities.

The window in the bathroom and the small one in the upper hall don’t open so I couldn’t shut the blinds and this makes the upstairs too hot. Also it would be nice to have a shade over half the outside patio. A mattress topper on the double bed would make all the difference and 100% white cotton sheets. I’d also take off the 90s curtains!

Just in the living room had an AC, was pretty hot in the rest of the house, although they had a fan in each room.

Sparse cooking utensils, especially needed a bread knife, tin opener and bottle opener that worked.
