Very hot, difficult ti survive in Summer there….Our room got extremely hot, and the ceiling fan wasn’t enough to cool the room down. They do not have AC.

The best

The location is exceptional, right next to Gran Vía, but that's the only good thing. It's four flights of stairs with worn wood (you're constantly afraid of falling). The room is so hot, it almost feels like hell. I've never been so hot in my life as I was in this room.
