“Lovely owner but location and lack of A/C or fan wouldn’t stay again.”

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.It was a nice room and the breakfast was a good continental.

To be improved

Located along side the motorway, found by driving along a very rough service dirt track.In a rural location,a taxi was possible to and from the town though.Unfortunately there were a lot of flies in and out of room.There was no fan or Aircon so was very warm.

I came to the UTOPIA GRAVEL competition. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. The location is very good, and although close to the motorway, it did not interfere with relaxation. It is close to town, shopping, restaurants, and the start line. Next time, I will also be a guest of this lovely family. Thank you very much.
