Amazing villa, very beautiful property

This charming house was excellent, the internal space is huge and is very well designed with tasteful decoration. The entrance hall is large and welcoming. The living and dining area is extensive and beautifully furnished with exceptional pieces of furniture. The large separate kitchen with seating is new and fully fitted with appliances and everything you need. A large modern bathroom lots of hot water and good shower pressure. The 2 bedrooms both with comfortable beds were well separated one at each end of a long corridor perfect for privacy. The yard at the rear is accessed from the kitchen and has a small bistro table for 2. Its bright clean and well kept and there is a good size separate wash room with a sink, washing machine, beach umbrellas etc. The Spanish owners live at the back of the property, they were very respectful and we hardly heard or saw them until the last day when they came to say goodbye. The outside terrace at the front of the property has a large table and chairs for outdoor eating and a view over to the village of UGA. The property is set back from the road with light passing traffic but it's not intrusive and the area is very quite with peaceful nights. Don't let this deter you because this is an exquisite comfortable house with views from the front terrace of palm trees and volcanoes and is excellent value for money. A car is necessary for shopping, visiting the coast, exploring the National Park, and the vineyards and wine bodegas of La Geria. Thank you to the Spanish owners for their kindness in allowing us a later check out as our flight was later in the evening. Just to note the owners do not speak English, this is a self check-in property and the details are sent by the owners’ representative via the What's App messaging service just 2 days before arrival. Highly recommended

A large roomy property with a newly fitted kitchen and new bathroom. It’s in a quiet location which is close to the local bus route.
