The apartment was very modern styled, very tasteful furnished. The kitchen has a lot of options for cooking. Also it is nice having two bathrooms and two showers. The living room is very pretty and cozy.

The apartment was spacious, which was a big plus; however, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. On a positive note, the nearby marina is lovely, and the sunrise views can be stunning. Parking was mostly hassle-free—only once did we have trouble finding a spot right at the gate, but on other days, parking wasn’t an issue.

Perfect location, super clean apartment

Casa de la Kosa is the appartment I would highly recomended for perfect holidays! The appartment is luxury, very clean and comfortable with large tarace and a nice ocean view. Appartment is modern, furnished with taste. Among the things worth to mention is comfortable materac and well equiped kitchen - we could find evrything we need to prepare dinner. Cofee and tea, as well as bottle of wine delivered by the owner was a nice complement :) The owner was very helpful and quick in replying. Thank you for support ! Appartment has an access to 5 swimming pools , and very well kept internal patio, parking is free of charge and close to the building. The neighborhood is very quiet, among golf courses with a modern promenade along cute small harbor - perfect for relaxing walks. The appartment is very close to the airport and main communication points. You won't be overwhelmed by croweds of tourists, you can relax and enjoy your perfect holidays.

Big recommendation! Easy communication all the time and quite fast responsiveness. Apartment was sparkling clean, upon arival. Modern and spacious. A full size kitchen equiped with all the necessary things for simple meal preparation. A reasonable number of towels inkluded. Just a short drive to popular tourists' beaches of Las Americas and Adeje. At the same time this is a family friendly settlement with littel trafic and the hustle and bustle of the towns. A nice promenade along the coast that can take you a couple of kilometers to the East of the island. Two playgroundt on the promenade in a walking distance. Loved it so much! Parking place was right in front of the apartment and you could practically touch the car from your front door. Free parking lots available at all times.
