“Great Facilities and Exceptional Staff”

The best

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The bar was a real highlight. It had a great atmosphere, a good selection of drinks, and was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning. What truly made the stay special, though, was the restaurant staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

“Lavish architecture and plush amenities though rooms are tiny”

The best

The hotel's architecture truly impresses. The staff is exceptional in every way and they really strive to deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish. The only negative aspect of this particular property are the rooms themselves: extremely small compared to other hotels of the same class.

“Bed experience at Casa de las Artes”

The best

I had such a bad experience during my stay in this hotel. The service was horrible! The personnel at the front desk were rude, ignored my request for service. They couldn’t recommend any good restaurant or book any event. On the day of my departure, there were two doormen standing and no one offered any help with my luggage.

“Wouldn’t stay there again”

The room very small, walls are so thin you can hear everything in the other rooms and doors are always being slammed. You can also hear everything from the street. At breakfast, twice I placed an order and twice they forgot.

“I liked the staff very much”

The best

It felt clean and fresh. I liked the room. It had noise issues with the air conditioning. It was odd having the sink open just outside the toilet. I was worried to get water on the wood floor.

“Grand and Glistening- Go!”

The best

What a delightful hotel! Our initial room was not so lovely and they chnaged us immediately to #104 (highly recommended) which was just at the top of the very grand staircase leading to a sumptuous lounge/bar/restaurant. There is a glamourous feeling every time you go up or down, especially since our first stay there was just after Christmas and everything was opulantly decorated. We left for a few weeks and they graciously stored a couple of suitcases for us. On our return the decorations were down which only made the brass bannister gleam even more brightly. The room was well appointed (nespresso machines are always a welcome touch) and the breakfast was copious and varied. A friendly and helpful multi lingual staff added to our trip. highly highly recommended.
