“Worst stay I have had ever”
The best

Location was beautiful. House was characterful and in summer would have been ok.

To be improved

There was no heating. The electricity didn’t work. You could only use one mini heater to heat a 3 storey house as if 2 were put on it fused the house. No heating in the bathrooms and the bedding was a summer duvet. We froze. The managing agent of the property gave a gas heater which was dangerous. It smelt and made us feel ill so we could not use. Then they refused to come back and provide heating. My son and I froze. If more than 3 electrical appliances were used the house repeatedly fused. We were repeatedly having to go to the fuse box to reset the electricity. A relaxing break it was not - we counted the nights until we left.
