Casa de Santiago

Albarracin is a beautiful town and a must to visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the bars and restaurants. The member of staff that checked us in was great, he escorted us to our room and made sure everything was OK before leaving us. The hotel had lovely communal areas to sit in and relax and the room was a comfortable size with a large ensuite. The local bars were really friendly and the tapas delicious, the town's panaderia sold a good selection of pastries and local breads.

A lovely welcoming place to stay in the old town. A comfortable bed, good breakfast and very good restaurant a couple of minutes walk away. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the upstairs lounge with a wonderful view after our walking exertions around the town!

The entire hotel was very clean. The room was made every day with new towels. The host was friendly and nice! Easy to talk to and she always cares about what we needed. The parking lot was 7-8 min walk and the hotel is located up the hill, but we only had small suitcases and it was not hard at all. It is walkable to the grocery store (16mins) and the hike to the fortress wall is less than 10 minutes. Their croissants are awesome in breakfast (seperately added). We had to check out before the counter opened, so we asked if we could buy croissants only; they were soooo good. Highly recommend!
