“Nice spacious casa, but the owner's attitude didn't meet our expectations”
The best

The location is excellent 👍. Loved the volcano view. Having said that, expect it to be a bit cooler and windier than elsewhere in Lanzarote due to the altitude.

To be improved

Leaky roof and how the issue was handled by the owner. It really shouldn't take a week to send someone in to fix the leaks. Also negotiating a partial refund due to the issue was somewhat slow and time consuming.
