Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We loved our room in the tower with its private roof terrace. We were looked after very well and everything was comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

To be improved

Nothing - we loved everything about it. Possibly having the option to have breakfast outside would have been nice.

Our experience here was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor—they send information via WhatsApp, but don’t respond to messages and instead ask you to call. When we did call, no one answered, and we only received a call back 1 hour and 30 minutes later. There was no Wi-Fi signal in our room, and the issue was never resolved during our stay. When we finally connected to the Wi-Fi in one of the communal areas, the internet was painfully slow. We also needed to change a pillow when we returned around 10pm, but since there was no staff on the property at that time, we couldn’t get any help. The room itself lacked basic amenities—no bedside tables, no mini fridge, and not even cups to make a tea or coffee (just a couple of glasses were provided). This was the worst value-for-money experience we’ve had. There are 4 and 5-star hotels just five minutes away offering far better service and facilities at even lower rates. We will definitely not be coming back, and we do not recommend staying here.
