“what we expected and reasonable value for money”

The best

Location is very pleasant and quiet, south facing and away from traffic. However, there is a pedestrian walkway to the side so it is not particularly private.

To be improved

The security alarm had been set when we arrived but we had no instructions on how to disarm it. It's very noisy! The patio area needs a couple of proper sun beds. The pool is small and quite a long way from the apartment.

“Privacy issues”

The best

I liked the proximity to the promenade and marina.

To be improved

The apartment is by a busy pathway which everyone seems to look in at you when passing. Blocking part of the wall with some rush or timber would give some privacy. A sun bed would be appreciated also.
