Casa del Sol, Costa Calma

It was too small for a family of four and there was too much furniture so we had no space to move. The bathroom was very small, there was no water pressure and we often did not have any warm water to shower. There was a smell of sewage circulating ever so often. The kids took the bedroom and we slept in the living room/kitchen and the noisy fridge kept me awake.

We booked for 7 days but we left to book another apartment on day 4. We could stand it no more. - We waited for 30 min on the street to receive the keys. - The lower floor smells like humidity. - The upper floor smells like sewage. - Shower water pressure is extremely low. - Hot water runs out after 2 minutes. - Towels smell rotten. - Some plugs don’t even work. - Overall cleanliness is questionable. - And the worst part: there is a drunk neighbor constantly screaming at all hours, making it impossible to rest. We complained to the host and we did not even receive an answer.
