The only comment I would have here is the distance from beaches and main strip however we enjoyed walking so not too much of an issue.

There are a few things which we didn’t like. We didn’t sleep very well throughout our entire stay because of these problems. 1) the beds are not very comfortable 2) the sheets on the bed do not fit, so every time you move, the sheets move. 3) the pillows are poor quality and don’t provide much support. 4) the air conditioning in the bedroom seems to have hard presets, and allow for only 1-2hr each time before switching there self off, when it is August and very hot, this makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep, and you are frequently waking up to switch it back on all night 5) the living room has no air conditioning, when it is 35 degrees outside, there was no respite from the heat.

Only had one issue. We had a complaint about noise from the man who lived opposite and, as a family, I can assure you that, yes it was about 11pm , but we were only sat on the patio talking about the air conditioning! This actually spoilt our holiday a bit as after that we made sure that we were indoors early every evening. We were made aware that this was in a residential area and we picked it because it was a quiet area but feel that people should be made aware that neighbour complains about any noise (just talking on patio) after 10pm at night. A Spanish family arrived in the villa next door to this one last weekend and were far more noisy than we were and all he did was go up on his rooftop terrace and glare at them.
