The best

House was very spacious and comfortable for 4 of us in a very quiet location in a little village about 5 minute drive from Sort. Cleanliness was good. Garden was lovely space to relax.

To be improved

Could have done with some basic supplies (sugar, salt, oil etc). Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Lounge fine for 4 but would have been small if the house had been full.

Shampoo was not available. Salt, pepper and oil were not available. We had a barbeque, but there were no matches or kindling to light it.

The best

Casa Duc is located at a beautiful and peaceful location 10 min from Sort. We were 11 people and we had more than enough space for everyone. The house has 3 floors. Our 4 teenagers enjoyed the 3rd floor which is an amazing loft. The house has 2 bathrooms with toilets on the second floor and an extra toilet room on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a very comfortable kitchen and a separate living room with a big dining table. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking and eating. It even has a dishwasher. The garden is beautiful, with an amazing view of the mountains and with a great barbeque and a big table for everyone. The house was clean and very pleasant. The operators of the house were very nice and we were able to use the beautiful swimming pool which is located at L'Orri Pallars camping site, just 15 min from the house. We highly recommend staying at Casa Duc while exploring this part of the Pyrenees.

To be improved

We didn't understand that there is only one air conditioner in the house which is located on the third floor. It was too hot and difficult to sleep in the rest of the house since the weather was hot even during the nights. Make sure you bring everything you need for the house if you want to eat there including coffee, sugar, oil, spices etc. The house is located on a hill with many curves on the road. Not an easy drive if you plan to do it several times a day. But it's part of the magic of the location.
