“Small comfy house with breathtaking views”

The best

The view is breathtaking, precisely as you can see in the pictures. The location is also perfect - it's just a 1km walk to the Playa Genoveses, and no bus is needed. The house is smaller than in the pictures but can still comfortably accommodate a family with kids. The pool works all year (no heating in winter). Also, the house is equipped with everything you can think of; somebody lived there for sure and perfected the equipment. All the equipment is a bit dated but fully functional (many pieces, like showers, look like designer top-notch equipment from the beginning of the millennium), and materials are also older but premium. The host was friendly and able to communicate in English.

To be improved

The house's orientation means that there is sunshine on the main terrace in the morning, some sun in the pool area midday, and no sunshine in the evening. While that might be nice in summer, it's not much in winter; on cold, windy days, it takes a long to warm the house. Also, note that the apartment is in a private (fenced) area, but the area is shared amongst about seven other apartments. This means a shared pool area right behind your kitchen door, and on the other side is the main terrace, from which you can see (and be seen from) all the other terraces.
