Nice comfortable and clean house with all the amenities for a stay.

Very nice apartment.

The apartment is in a great location on a quiet street just a couple of minutes away from lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The decoration is amazing and if you were unlucky with the weather there are hundreds of CDs, dvds, books and games to keep you busy. There is also an office space set up if you needed to work. It was very warm when we were there in June so we were grateful for the air-conditioning. The overhead fan in the bedroom is the quietest we have ever had, so no problems sleeping with it on a low speed to keep us cool. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions before and during our stay.

We enjoyed staying near the center of town. Everything is easily walkable - to the Castillo, La Playa, shopping, restaurants on every corner, and more. Denia is a foodie's Paradise - each restaurant has to up their game because there's another gem up the street! Christian is a lovely host, and we enjoyed this well-equipped and interestingly decorated apartment. A garage that is just around the corner was a huge plus! There's no elevator, but once you're up to the apartment, just one more flight up, and you've got a rooftop with chairs to watch the moonrise over the city and the famous El Montgó mountain. Denia is a safe city, and we felt exceptionally safe in this neighborhood, walking around either very early in the morning or late in the evening.

Well equipped, absolutely everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Central to all restaurants and bars, plus parking was a bonus.
