Atypical house, comfortable room, bed sheets clean and fresh, nice small kitchen on the rooftop, hot water for shower, and clear instruction for self Check-in.

To be improved

I don’t like to give bad comment but i have to warn people because what happens there is not normal (and not even legal i think). First of all, there is a lot of instructions, rules, and things you have to do when you are there (taking off bed sheets and pillowcase, take out the trash, sending picture of things that shall remains in the house after leaving like the remotes… and other annoying and useless stuffs). Then the big deal is that there are cameras evereywhere in the house (only in the common spaces, i hope so) and the owners are checking it all day long, sending message of threat and remind when you supposedly do something wrong (they accused me of smoking on the rooftop while i was just preparing/rolling my cigarett before going downstair to smoke in the dedicated area, as they asked). So before going there, just know these 3 things : Big Brother is watching you. Big Brother makes mistakes. And Big Brother is lazy.

“A lovely quirky little place .”

The best

Lovely host , helped me with my bags to my room and again in the early morning Only stayed one night but it was exceptionally clean with great facilities including Netflix. My room was up on the roof and access was via spiral staircase. But the view from the roof top was stunning . Bus stops to Las Palmas de GC are a 1 min walk from property.

“Very clean accommodation with nice beds and a nice balcony with a view over the city! The communication with the owner was very clear and fast. He is open for any requests and is very willing to send you all the recommondations for food and sightseeing. The breakfast was very delicious! · Cons: Free parkingspaces next to the house are not very available anymore. There is a big parking space (Parking Chouhada) on a 9 minute walk where you pay 5 euros. For 5 euros extra they even wash your car there!”
