-major issues with the hot water. We notified the problem on our arrival day but it wasn’t fixed until the Tuesday afternoon. The first alternative offered was to boil the kettle and go back and forth between the kitchen and the bathroom. My messages pointing out the inadequacy got ignored. We could see online that emergency plumbers were available but clearly they were not contacted. On the Monday, we were offered keys to another flat which we had to drive to so we could shower. Considering the owners live where our property is, I would have thought they would at the very least have offered for my 2 year old to have a shower. NO compensation was offered and the owner avoided us when we left, alleging that they had to welcome new guests, yet, we could see they were here. -on arrival, the pool was green with various bugs swimming in it. It took days before the water cleared. We had to clean the pool every time due to wasps (picture attached).
