Casa El Lagar

We rented this house for three days, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. The house is located very high up, and while the average temperature on the island was 22°C, it was only 17°C during the day. Worse, it was colder and more humid inside the house than outside, as the house is built below street level. At night, the temperature dropped to around 11°C, and we contacted the hosts, who live nearby, to ask for heaters. Their response? "There are no heaters, just blankets." We spent the night freezing, fully dressed in jackets, unable to sleep. It was unbearable. By dawn, we left and booked a hotel instead. We contacted the hosts to request a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay, but they stopped responding entirely. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
