“Superb”
The best

Really big and comfortable house with lot's of space, very clean, good beds & pillows, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen incl dishwasher and a big terrace with sun & shade. It's absolutely quite, private and relaxing yet only a few minutes walk to the center of Yaiza. Definitely worth the price!

To be improved

From a material perspective there's absolutely nothing to complain! Our group of three friends, however, felt a certain coldness (though others might not see it this way): The house is in a private urbanisation which feels somewhat artificial, the terrace looks to a street / traffic circle (with hardly any cars though), in the house are security cameras (which you can close) and there's a book of rules (all are totally reasonable like no parties etc). So in the end it's a question of preferences.

“Amazing stay in Yaiza”
The best

Amazing house located in quiet and full of charm Yaiza. Well equipped, all apliances feels to be brand new. Maria was helpful in answering our questions and queries during our stay. The communal pool was almost always empty, only during late afternoon residents would come with their children to use it so it was like having a private pool. 🏡✨🌞
