Very clean and cozy apartment. It is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, close to the shopping center and the beach. We even had access to the sport center nearby, we could not ask more for the price!

The beds. The mattress are too big for the base. They slip of the base with lots of movement. No instructions with the washing machine. No checks done ie. The TV wasn’t tuned in. Battery replacement needed on TV and remote controls . No towel replacement or cleaning unless you pay. No long mirror.

Apartment is more suitable to those who enjoy party lifestyle due to its location over a bar and beside bars in Old Town. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This apartment is suitable for 3 and absolutely not suitable for 4. Myself and my daughter had to sleep in opposite directions on sofa bed. It’s a single sofa bed and not a double. Bought ear plugs on second day. You will not sleep without them due to noise from bars and street noise. The sports club we had access to was lovely and we spent a lot of time there just to get out of apartment. Not a place to spend time in other than to sleep in my opinion. Might be ok for a couple of nights but not a week. Not value for money.
