No facilities to hang towel. Clothes… no glass or tea/coffee facilities room to small it was a sweat box the roof slops can’t wash face in tiny wash basin cause of the sloping walls and same with the toilet banged head and fell on floor building next door being demolished lots of noise and dust …. Totally destroyed my stay in Madrid would not pay £10 per night for the dump total mistake booking there especially for the cost

There isn’t AC, temperature was too high, window didn’t open.Ceiling was very narrow, I am not tall, but hired my head.Water from shower splash on the floor everywhere in bathroom and room

Location was great for my trip Everything inside is new and clean Quiet place at night time for a good sleep Digital check in went smoothly

To be improved

Others commented before, the shower has many open areas so the water goes into the corridor after 1 min of showering. Besides, there are no hooks or rails for towels. The designer of this hotel should be fired. They gave only a small hand size towel for 3 days. Hotel managers: don't be greedy. I could not figure out how to use the coffee machine :(
