The property was in a great location, and the facilities were excellent and very clean. The property management was very helpful with some enquiries we had, responding promptly and kindly booked our airport taxi transfer. Unfortunately, we had 3 nights of noise from a neighbouring property. Our hosts tried in vain but could not have these people moved from the apartment.

“Lovely well-appointed property near the beach with good hosts - but watch out for the stairs!”

The best

This is a beautiful, light airy and nicely decorated, well equipped (useful kitchen utensils etc.) property. It's really well located near to a beach and the old town. It's very clean and the hosts are constantly in touch by email and whatsapp and on the end of the phone if you need them. Nice view over rooftops to the sea.

To be improved

This is a first floor apartment and that isn't clear from the description. One of the photos suggests it's ground floor. This wasn't ideal for us with two small children and a pram, which we had to carry up and down. The listing should really make this clear. Parking is on street first come first served and can be limited at times. And there is an alarm which is mentioned in the information provided but the picture of the alarm given to us didn't match what's in the property; and the control panel is above a meter for the air con (more on this in a minute). Arriving late and tired the air con panel was flashing and the alarm was not, so it wasn't clear that the alarm was set, or how to turn it off. Of course the alarm went off - thankfully although stressful the hosts were on the phone to sort it out. But please fix your information! Also - we didn't need the aircon but at the price you pay for the apartment it seems a little mean to have it on a meter.

Terrible customer service If you have any issues customer service is non existent. Requested invoice for stay and 9 days later still nothing. Apartment not cleaned once or bed sheets changed in 7 days. Only for location this place would have way lower rating.
