Good communication with the host, close proximity to the beach and the city.

To be improved

No air conditioner in the house...although the house cools down overnight, during the day its quite hot....there is also some noise coming from the neighborhood, its either a camping site nearby or a hotel...The house is located on the hill, its ok getting there by car, but could be challenging if someone walks there...all in all, it feels a bit expensive as a whole...

Because of storm Karlotte we did not feel safe below a large neighbouring tree.
