“Utterly dreadful”

Off street parking was good. I did not like any other aspect of the hotel or staff...

To be improved

Miserable staff who hated their jobs. The bar area was plagued with swarms of persistent flies...you could not eat food or drinks without flies landing on you or your food...this was continuous for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was supposed to be included...that's a joke! The only thing we got for breakfast was coffee and "long life" sponge cakes. No fresh food at all...not even toast...unbelievable! There was also a food counter with Tapas on didplay...it had so many dead flies in it...it was disgusting. Staff just did not care. Lastly...I believe all the previous reviews for this property to be completely FAKE! This place is dreadful. Had I known what I now know...I would not go there again if you paid me!!

AVOID. Booking was confirmed and when I arrived waited 2 hours to be told the hotel was closed and I could not stay. Unbelievable.
