Patio area could have done with a sun bed

Pillows were awful no protectors,bedding didn't seem fresh, terrible stains on settee cushions, plus cigarette burns, not enough utensils for cooking no information on how to use anything or about area, Not even a bottle of water on arrival, apartment was very dark needed lights on all the time in every room. The whole apartment needs some serious TLC it was probably lovely when first refurbished but very tired and needs maintaining. Best thing about place was the shower, outside space was very small, photos very deceiving.
