The best

Breakfast was fantastic, whatever we wanted. Great location, everything was easily walkable, bus right out front, metro a block away. Great bars and restaurants close by.

I little noisy, the disco went until 2 most nights.

Beautiful place, though service and comfort was not. I was left out of the room for several hours past midnight since the door didn’t open.

To be improved

There’s no front office. There’s no room service even though the GroupM owns the restaurants at the entrance.

Beautiful property, in a fabulous part of town. Our room was stunning and staff were nice.

To be improved

We received an upgraded room which we were grateful for. However, one night, the room next to ours was occupied, and I can’t describe it - but it’s as if the upstairs bedroom has a wooden partition between our room and the one next to it. We could hear everything; as if the people were night in our room. We could handle one night without complaint. But it would have ruined the whole experience if more than one night. Also, the people never returned - almost like friends of owners or staff who used the room to get ready for a night out. If I had found that to be true, we would have asked to be comped. Again, wonderful property overall but let them know upfront; no room that has a wooden partition if others staying in that room. Also, if strong room mists give you headaches, ask them to unplug and take out before you get there. It gave us both headaches until we figured out what it was and unplugged.
