The house is old ' lacks maintenance and isnt very clean. Also 3 out of 4 bedrooms are very small and the room in the basement isn't extremely comfortable nor convenient since you can hear everything, including flushing and opening any focet -

The best

We were 10 people, including people of the ages 70+, 40+, and children 5-15. The house was close to the train station, a supernarket, and a 10 min walk from the beach. We had plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Our private pool and lounge area was perfect for our family to hang out all day.

As others have pointed out, the house is in need of some refurbishment.
