Apartment size is good, comes with washing machine which was great after few days of travelling. Beds were comfortable. Parking included.

To be improved

**The place needs a good deep clean. Tidy the cupboards, under the bed all the excess linen, cleaning materials, toiletries - this will make a big difference to the Apartment. We were informed no parties, noise, etc but our first night the Apartment above us were loud until after 2am (not the Host fault). Area not great, you need to walk at least 1.5km to get some decent restaurants/shops. No value for what we paid.

We stayed at Casa Fenicia for a week. The apartment is cozy, ideal for a family, access to the bathroom is from the bedroom. The bedroom is small, but the mattress is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a very easy conversation with Karima, always very prompt in responding to our needs. For those who rent a car, the parking space of the apartment is brilliant. We will definitely rent it again.

To be improved

The bedroom that has a window to the hall of the building. A heavy smell of tobacco when you enter the apartment (here it depends on who lives next door). A constant noise from the elevator or from the generator on the ground floor.
