-THE ATTITUDE OF THE OWNER- very very rude and unfriendly. Denied entry initially at 2 pm even when it was mentioned in my booking. Finally allowed citing it is a big favour which he/she is doing on me. ( screenshot attached) -NO LOCKS IN ANY WASHROOM- big hassle when it comes to sharing the facility with a group -DIRTY AND UNCLEAN FACILITIES- the blankets were dirty, non functional and dirty pool,

First of all - we booked this apartment for short weekend family holiday (2 adults and 3 children including 6 year old girl) and this apartment along with the service really spoiled our vacation. We arrived at about 20 local time on Friday and found broken bathroom and kitchen flooded with water. It was impossible to stay there and we contacted the service. Service convinced us that it will be fixed shortly and we left to have a dinner. When we arrived, nothing was fixed (there were about 3 hours to fix this, basically to clean water and make sure everything is working). Moreover, we found that hot water was missing (looks like all the gas was spend for this water that flooded the kitchen). We contacted the service with no reaction. It was late night and we just went to beds. Next day we requested to solve all the problems and they cleaned the kitchen, but not the problem with the water. They couldn't solve this problem till the end of our stay everyday convincing us that the problem was solved. Couple of other small problems this apartment has and that disturbed us - there are 4 coffee machines of different kind but none of those was working. There is a wifi router with this apartment with very secure password (about 20 symbols) but it is written on the router in some drawer. It was not easy to find this and we requested support from the service to find it. Expectation is to be written somewhere in suitable place.

No wifi is provided, there is no hairdryer, the air conditioning only works for one minute, and then there is no air conditioning for 15 minutes, and it is very hot, can't sleep.The most serious thing is that there will be a power outage and there will be no way to cook == and very dark in the house.

Entry is chaotic. The house is situated inside a gated community and access by car or on foot requires an entry badge. The owner didn't meet us but sent a 10 second video showing a key lock attached to a boundary fence hidden in the bushes. Once found (not easy because the boundary fence is hundreds of metres long) you enter a code and finally get the keys and badge to enter the gates. Apart from meeting guests personally at the gate I don't know what other solution there is, but this was not a great start to our stay. Surely some people just can't find the key lock? Great house but the owner needs to find a solution to this entry problem.

In need for maintenance, to fix the toilet desks and similar. The sink and the bathtub haven't been perfectly clean otherwise it was cleaned well.

Ac in master was quite noisy, bathroom hand basin was in need of repair, we could not get warm water through the taps in showers. However generally the house was excellent.
