Manager was very rude, it was also dirty and there was other peoples hairs in the bed, checked out x3 days early asked for a 2 day refund and was told no. had no protection as it was a non refundable booking. Would not recommend.

The best

I checked-in very late but the staff helped me during the check-in process. The hotel is located in the center of the island so that you can reach any part of the island less than 30 min by car.

To be improved

How on earth don't you have air-conditioners in a hotel in the middle of Mallorca? It was really hot and almost impossible to sleep without air-conditioners. They placed a fan in the room but it was working very loud so I could not sleep while it was working. Besides cleanliness was an issue.

Lovely stay, perfectly located in the heart of an adorable Pueblo that felt like Spanish Mayberry. Would recommend- very central location! Parking right out front as well. Very kind and accommodating staff! Felt right at home.

Pleasant town, nicely renovated property.

It’s not an altogether bad accommodation, but pay careful attention to the facilities listed, and in particular what facilities are NOT listed, and what you see in the photos and nothing more is what you get. Despite having 2 separate rooms (downstairs & upstairs), there was zero kitchen facilities, no fridge, no cups/glasses nor cutlery, no coffee/tea making facilities, not even the promised kettle. It’s just 2 over-sized rooms which waste space where such needed kitchen facilities could have been provided. Parking in Costitx is a nightmare. That the proprietor lady (or someone) smokes indoors is just the icing on a very bland and featureless cake.
