The location was great. The tram is only a short walk away, and we could get right into the centre very easily.

To be improved

It was a very cold house - and we ran out of hot water each day. There wasn’t enough for 4 adults to have a shower, which is very disappointing. There were heating units in each room that didn’t do anything to warm the rooms and there was no way to turn them up, and the air con units didn’t work on hot.
