The toilet flush tank in the upstairs bathroom takes 2 hours to fill. Any cleaning lady can easily see that. It doesn't smell very nice when you enter the apartment. The speed of the internet (10/1.5 Mbit!) forced me to find and move to another place. The stay was marked as work, but the manager did not warn about the internet not being suitable for work. There is FiberOptic in the area - confirmed information from residents and owners of nearby service premises, but the manager claims that there is no faster connection available in El Sauzal. Passersby see you lying on the bed in the room. The noise from the street makes it impossible to work (phone calls, online meetings) because everyone hears the constant cars, trucks, garbage trucks, etc. driving right outside your window. The invoice for the stay was issued with incorrect details and despite several requests, including requests from Booking.com, the invoice issuer did not correct the incorrect recipient details! The rental is carried out through some additional service, which means that communication is multi-stage and in some cases the responsibility for the decision is transferred. The condition of the tiles in the upstairs shower is surprising.
