+ Better than the photos + Location, location, location - on the edge of a cute little village, away from crazy Mallorca tourists crowds, yet still great location to travel around. + multiple places (6 or 7) to chill in and around the house + great outside kitchen + cozy interior + easy parking + gas grill outside

To be improved

We would like to come back with more family, but the issue is second floor walls do not go up to the ceiling, so noice is the problem. It was not a problem for us, as we used only one bedroom upstairs. To be picky.. we missed wine glasses. Kitchen was fully equiped. But overall - one of most comfortable stays in Mallorca.

Roof top terrace had great views and bird song Garden/pool area very sheltered/private with excellent dining and cooking areas and lovely plantings Kitchen/living room nicely furnished

To be improved

Bed linen was a bit tired in main bedroom Garage door on floor below was very noisy when being opened weekday mornings at c7 15am
