“Very spacious 2 bed villa”
The best

The property location was very good. It is located just behind the main Quasada strip. Very spacious for a 2 bed villa. The staff were very helpful.

To be improved

The weather wasn't the best but we managed to get some sun for 3 out of the 5 days.

“Great location and we would happily stay there again”
The best

Location is fantastic only 3 minutes walk from main street with good restaurants. Very quiet. Great to have the private garage. The garden area is very nice and pool is clean and sunny. Bed was comfortable.

To be improved

We felt the interiour was a bit dated and could do with a make up. Nothing serious, just a matter of taste.

“Very good”
The best

Great location just a minute's walk to the main high street. All day to day amenities on hand with 2 supermarkets very close and 2 more within a few minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants with a great selection of food on offer. Location was very quiet even though it was close to the high street. The coast is about a 20-25 minute drive away. Alicante airport 40 minutes max. The villa was perfect for the two of us with all that we needed. The owners provided some drinks (bottle of wine, a couple of beers, fizzy drinks, water) free of charge as a welcome pack which was a nice gesture. A spacious garden and pool area although it was too cold to use the pool. Big plus was a kettle and tea/coffee which is unusual in Spanish rentals in our experience.

To be improved

There was no chopping board for preparing food and only 2 ordinary knives so eating in for more than 2 people would be an issue. There were other knives eg. steak knives so not a major problem. I did highlight this to the owner so I expect this will be addressed. We ate out each night so it didn't cause us a problem. There was not enough hot water for a shower each in the morning unless we made a conscious effort to shower quickly.

The best

Fantastic villa, thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, wished we had stayed for longer! Brilliant location very close to the Main Street. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to stay at Casa Giner again.

The best

Location was good. House was clean.

To be improved

The house was FREEZING 🥶 They should have heated the house before our arrival. They gave us heaters, but it took about 48 hours to get a bit normal. It's January, but it's still not acceptable
