Overall, the hotel was a pleasant experience. It has an excellent location — right in the city center, yet on a quiet street. All the main attractions are within walking distance, which was very convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful.

To be improved

The soundproofing is almost nonexistent — you can hear every sneeze, whisper, and footstep not only from the hallway but also from neighboring rooms and even other floors. It made it really difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“Basically just the location. · Cons: They gave us a room that has a defective AC and said that they are going to send someone to check but they dont know when. We are not accepting it as weather in barcelona was 38 degrees! They eventually moved us to another room but their AC isnt strong enough to cover the room for 6 people. After a long day out in the heat we comeback to our room with the temp set at 29 degrees which we left at 16 degrees to cool our room. Sink and toilet are clogged! Housekeeping doesnt clean the floors. Cafe below barely opens.”
