“Excellent value for money, pool and bottom floor games room a big plus.”

Nice size for 11 of us. Didn't feel cramped at all. Pool was great, temperature was perfect. Location very quiet and chilled. Pool table and ping pong table a big plus, hours of fun,

To be improved

Slightly out of town, but not a problem if you have a car or have organised taxis to go out in the evening.
