“An original, out-of-the-way hotel.”

The best

The building was nicely restored and had a variety of really nice spaces such as the room with the original hearth and the bench seat (escaño). The food was good, with a different set menu each day, with good use of local produce.

To be improved

Nothing. But Room 2, one of the superior rooms, is on two floors and is not suitable for people with problems of mobility. The 20-minute, winding road to get to the hotel us not for nervous drivers.

“We’re so glad we discovered this hidden treasure! What a wonderful stay!”

The best

This is a stunningly beautiful location. The building is authentic and perfectly restored with very comfortable beds, relaxing common areas and a pool. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The hiking was rewarding with amazing views. The meals were delicious and local specialties were served daily.

To be improved

We loved everything about the property. The drive up was challenging but got easier each time we did it.
