“Very good”

The best

Casa de Hilda is a nice little house in San Nicolas! It has really everything you need, and the host is just incredible (Hildas sister noticed that I was at home during lunch time, and she brought me a plate with the family lunch with chicken wings and sweet potatos - lovely!). The Information Center for the Volcanic Lava Tunnels is right down the street, and even if it is not located in a bigger village or city - there are three (!) bars/restaurants right next to it (I can recommend the Bar El Aperitivo, which has excellent Mexican food!). Next supermarket is just 5 minutes by car in the direction of Fuencaliente, so you're all set!
