The space, the location, the good communication with Emerald who supplied us with a kettle when asked!

To be improved

I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets were polyester! I do expect cotton sheets when renting a property. I’m allergic to polyester. The shutters wouldn’t fix open properly and the strong winds meant that we had to shut them which makes the house dark. The pool is too far away from the house.

Beautiful house close to the cool hiking spots and nice small towns. Communication with host was very good.

Washing machine for clothes would have been useful.

The best

This house is absolutely first class. Very well presented and equipped, lovely location - so quiet and in the heart of the mountains. It is the perfect place to get away from it all but within reasonable distance of villages and road routes to get into the mountains or down to the coast. The little swimming pool is in the most wonderful location away from the house but with marvellous views and just right for plunging into to shake off the dust from a walk or first thing in the morning before breakfast. The house patio also has great views of the mountains. All the facilities were excellent. Wish we'd stayed longer and got to use the bbq.

To be improved

Can't think of anything really. The little road that leads to the property might be challenging for some but that's part of the charm of the whole area!
