Deep pool and outdoor grilling station. Villa is surrounded by fruit trees like avocados and oranges which is very nice.

We had a very disappointing experience with the villa owner. We were accused of breaking one of the sunbeds by the pool, but it was already damaged. The sunbed had been set up to look intact, with cushions placed on top to hide the broken part. From a distance, it looked fine, but when we tried to move it, it immediately fell apart. The owner accused us of breaking it, showing photos of how it supposedly looked before and claiming it was brand new. They then tried to ask us for money to cover the damage. We’re 100% certain that we didn’t break the sunbed. Besides, there was a €1,000 insurance policy covering damage to property and furniture, so any issues like this should have been covered by insurance. The owner was aware of this, so there was no reason to blame us or ask for additional money. This was the first time we had an experience like this and also the first time we had to deal directly with an owner. Ruralydays manages the property, and it should handle any issues, not the owner. This situation really dampened our vacation, leaving us feeling upset and unfairly accused. We’re still not sure if the owner was aware of the damage and just wanted extra money or if they genuinely believed we were responsible.
