I arrived very sick from the airport. After going through a very LONG flight from Latin America and lots of pain in my back, I had to lift and carry a 23KG Luggage + bookbag all the way to the third floor...going up the stairs by myself because they had NO ELEVADOR, NO LIFT. The staff hiding in some office with the door closed. Same thing in the morning, rude and unfriendly staff. Never again Casa Huésped Magdalena 🤢

NO ELEVATOR, NO LIFT, NO FRIENDLY STAFF. HORRIBLE PLACE.

“The location of the room is very convenient, as it's easy to get to the city center and it's generally close to many places. The room was decent, relatively clean. · Cons: Water in the sink drained very slowly. And it was also very, very uncomfortable to take a shower, because every 2 minutes the water would turn from warm to freezing cold, and we had to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up again. It kept repeating like that. It was almost impossible to take a comfortable shower!”

Water in the sink drained very slowly. And it was also very, very uncomfortable to take a shower, because every 2 minutes the water would turn from warm to freezing cold, and we had to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up again. Bathroom hot water ran out after 2 minutes, bathroom kind of run down and seemed a little dirty
