There is nothing luxurious about this apartment, it is just a very average apartment in an average building. The kitchen equipment is far from luxurious, merely cheap brands. You are required to pick up and drop off the keys in a not very comfortable small store. The apartment had a funny smell. Very little kitchen equipment

Smell comes back up from the waste pipes in the bathrooms. We had to buy air fresheners to cover up the smell. Too many keys. We were given 5 keys to access the apartment. The key locks were worn and the keys didn’t work a lot of the time. The rental management company is useless. They just give you the keys and you need to figure it out yourself. Very bad customer service Ivan Luxury Homes (management company) took my 200 euro deposit out of my bank account 3 days out checkout because I gave a bad review on Booking.com Customers need to avoid all Ivan Luxury Homes properties in Oropesa de Mar. They provided terrible customer service and then took the 200 euro deposit because of an honest review of my experience when my family stayed at the property.
