Casa Iria - Private pool and BBQ By Lanzarote Vacation Homes

Unfortunately we had a whole of issues from day 1. Drainage was blocked with a horrible smell, the washing machine had stagnant water left in it which also left a really bad smell, not aure how it wasn't noticed by the cleaners. The kettle also had to be replaced due to stagnant water being left in it. There were only 2 sun loungers that were not broken. We had an infestation of Ants to the point we had to stop having any food in the cupboards. I ended up with some horrible bites on my legs that were not from mosquitos, there were webs everywhere, under the beds and sofas mainly that had been there for.a long time, there was also an infestation of spiders along the ceilings in the main bedroom and living spaces. The WiFi was not.working properly so a new router had to be ordered and there was only.one English channel on the TV, when it worked. The management company did their best to resolve the issues but it got to the point where I requested to leave early due to the number of problems and feeling uncomfortable staying there any longer. This was agreed and we moved villa's after finding one ourselves. Some of the pillows were so thin we almost went and bought some to use. If the property was maintained to.a better standard and cleaned better then a lot.of the issues would not have happened.

- The showers aren’t great one has a wall attachment which doesn’t fit properly and one doesn’t have a wall attachment at all and the water goes everywhere when you use it. - The sliding doors are a pain!! We had to get a technician out to fix the bedroom one as it was broken. - Pool table is very much ready for the trip it wasn’t usable at all.

Roof is leaking during rain - water is leaking into electric sockets. Water in pool is over chlorinated and may cause skin irritation

We had to bring our own garbage bags, dish-soap and laundry soap.
