Very quiet area with beautiful views of the beach.
The host was cordial and attentive at all times.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Enjoyable stay with minor issues.
Spacious house, though slightly older.
Great value considering the location and summer season.
“Very good”
The facility, the size, the location, the view it is really excellent value for money.
I do not think the cleaner of the facility is necessary doing an excellent job. Overall it looked clean but there were the details such as one of the toliets had "traces of usage" and the cups were "sticky" to the touch so it makes you wonder and clean everything youself before first use.

Loved the space, the pool and accommodation
How far away from bars etc, 3 flights of stairs with a 10 month old
“Very nearly brilliant, but the kitchen needs a little work”
Excellent views over the sea, but also the hills if looking to the left. Very relaxing to spend some time sipping a drink on the balcony looking at the views. Very quiet location, even during the evening / night (not a given in Spain!). Most comfortable pillows I have found in Spain (Spanish pillows are long and narrow, very different to English pillows and normally I can't get on with them). Good size fridge / freezer. Air con, should you need it (we didn't try it, so no idea if it works). Excellent hob in kitchen (though only 3 rings, which might be a problem for larger groups). Oven simple to use. Location felt very safe and secure. Good communal swimming pool close by (50-100m away), which had unbelievable views to the sea. About 5 mins drive to the N340 / 8 mins to A7, so pretty good for getting to other places, though it feels a lot longer when winding back and forth to get to the house. Garage area great for drying coats etc after some refreshing Spanish rain.
Kitchen needs some updating - microwave is unusable as all the buttons have lost any markings plus there was no manual for it. No chopping board, no sharp vegetable knife, bread knife had a broken handle, no kettle and only two saucepans for cooking with (okay for two people, but would have been a problem for more). All very easy to fix at pretty low cost. Bed was hard, which is more a personal preference than a complaint - it did not feel old or in need of replacement, but a firmer mattress than we like. In fact, the bed felt in good condition. The road leading to the house could do with some repairs and has one very dangerous concrete lump in it from a bodged repair (about 500m away, but on the only road in/out). Need a car to go anywhere - nearest town (La Herradura) is about 4-5km walk away (and a steep uphill walk to get back).
