“A nice place with minor challenges”
The best

The staff is very friendly, responsive and the atmosphere of the property is very nice. It is large and the location in central Felanitx is good as well. The pool is kept clean and the area is quiet.

To be improved

While it was very clean, the overall condition of the property is fair. There are some smaller things that could have been slightly better maintained (e.g. handles missing on the top of the BBQ pit). What we did not like is the smell especially in the top bathroom which seemed to come from the drains. Mold? Since there are many mosquitoes it would have made sense to install mosquito screens on the windows. As mentioned by others (so this was not a surprise to us): parking is very difficult if your rental car is larger than the smallest vehicle class.

“Everything in one place for a relaxing family stay”
The best

The property was in the village of Felanitx,a quiet village but everything you need within a short walking distance. The property is deceivingly big with the bonus of a pool in good weather.Parking to the rear which is ideal as you cannot park on the street. Clean,comfortable and everything you need to make your holiday relaxing.We would highly recommend.

To be improved

The only downside is the one way street system which is difficult to navigate but once you get used to it you’ll be fine.
