“Superb”

Met at property by letting agent who gave us the keys .Comfortable,clean, quiet area ,lovely pool close by. Patio area nice to sit out. Air conditioning we didn't need to use.lights in bedroom had quiet fans need remote to operate, only found out by visiting a friend who had the same lights in her home, she lives close by so knew some nice restaurants including Semana 8 oriental, Ab Sinbin nice fish chips, Da Mario's all about 30 min walking, as was the sea and supermarkets.

To be improved

Some instructions would have been useful, lots of appliances we didn't use eg.coffee machine.also many keys which we had to try to get in and out of property 5 ,would have been helpful if marked somehow. Also small problem one chair was unusable on bedroom balcony and no table top on coffee table on top terrace.We didn't have a car ,so a lot of walking taxis were reasonable if you could get one, usually walked to a place and got taxi back. Also note numbers at top gate and bottom gate show different street and house numbers. Also we weren't aware that we had to drop the keys off at agents until we arrived. so the airport taxi had to divert to drop them off at outside box at agents.

“Nice property with access to a well maintained pool”

We rented this property during our viewing trip in October to see what it is like to live in a San Jose quad house as well as the area itself. The house is spacious, very well equipped and clean. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated to modern, high standards. Loved the double sink in the main bathroom and the community pool that is sheltered from the wind. Within a walking distance to the boulevard and the Saturday market.

To be improved

Sometimes it takes a long time for the water to warm up in the shower.

I loved the property and its facilities, it was clean and felt homely. The owner reacted immediately to resolve an issue with the WIFI.

Would like to see an information pack about the operation of property equipment what can be used and what is personal.

“Lovely and well equipped house”

The best

This a superb house. Despite the owner was not present to handle keys or anything, he sent a message to ask if he could help in anyway during our stay. A car is almost essential in vast majority of the rental houses in Orihuela Costa if you´d like to see a bit more. House is in close walking distance (5-10 min) to La Zenia Boulevard (Shopping mall) so you can manage w/o car as well depending on your needs. Walking in Orihuela Costa can be tricky since most of the residential areas are blocked w/o possibility to walk through them (so you may end up in cue de sac and need to return to re-route where ever yu´re going). House itself is beautiful, newly renovated and has lovely decorations and good kitchen appliances. And it is located in a quiet, fenced area. We´ll be back :)

We liked everything. If something to be improved, the kitchen hood was rather ineffective.
