“A very special villa <3”
The best

We were blown away by our experience at this property. Before we had even arrived the host, Lisa, was so generous with her help in organising the trip and with recommendations to help our arrival go smoothly. The villa itself was incredible, the pool and outdoor spaces were beautiful and wonderful to use with a group of friends like us. We created many beautiful memories in all of these lovely spaces. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we were able to cook some amazing meals together. The rooms and toilets were comfortable and clean and the views were stunning. The property manager, Jade, was available for any questions we had during our stay and helped with anything we needed. Her recommendations and quick responses made us feel comfortable and in safe hands during our stay. I had the most special birthday weekend with my closest friends in this property and I can't wait to come back.

“Disappointing”
The best

The communication with the hosts was very good. Although we didn't meet in person, they made sure we were informed and allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the fact that the house had a balcony, with a nice view. The backyard was also very nice. The kitchen is well served and had all the needed utensils, as well as some utilities in the bathroom.

To be improved

Overall, we felt like the house needed a bit more care and love (we stayed in the top apartament, on the left). Considering the current high rate (9.3) we were expecting a sublime apartment, as the photos suggested. But it felt like it was not living up to that expectation. The cleaning could be improved in the garden (garbage spread around the floor), the bedroom, and kitchen (e.g. the toaster was sticky and dirty), the cushions on the bed were really uncomfortable. Some of the information in the description (e.g. yoga classes, heated swimming pool) was not accurate. The WiFi was also not working, along with the TV (although it was mentioned by the host that this was being solved, some past comments suggest that this is an ongoing issue, which was not informed prior to our stay). The house has potential but we'd suggest some investment and thought into it.

Fabulous finca in the mountains with great views and lounge area by the pool. Excellent bed and well equipped kitchen.. We had the place to ourselves which was great. Excellent restaurant nearby in Tinajo Overall a great place to chill or have a special gathering of friends/family

To be improved

Unfortunately the WiFi was not working during our stay which meant no access to mobile internet, TV or music. Of course this may be replaced with musical instruments or books if you know in advance.

The best

- nice swimming pool, at night time you can put on the lights which makes it very cosy - the kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped, so many kitchen supplies, seasoning powders,... - we really enjoyed the company of the cat that lives inside the house. Beware if you are allergic to cats as she/he spends a lot of time in the living room and garden. -entire house was very clean

To be improved

-the wifi did not work properly -we did not meet the host in person, but she was available trough whatsapp and was friendly.
